Customer Service Representative with DutchWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client in their office in the Barcelona area. Our client helps global customers manufacture with precision—from aircraft to electric vehicles to medical devices. They thrive on collaboration and accountability, valuing every voice as they push boundaries and transform manufacturing.The purpose of this job is to provide front line support for customer order entry, order expedites, quoting, returns, price/availability, manage special promotions, billing inquiries/issues, service requests, suggestions & complaints.ResponsibilitiesProvide new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, and direct customer to resolution of issue.Provide customer services related to sales, sales promotions, and communications.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints fairly & effectively; provide timely responses via fax, phone, email, etc., and maintain metrics goals. Resolve more complex complaints escalated by customer/sales force.Set up Customer Accounts (CRM and SAP), working with other segments to ensure reporting and functionality related to customer needs.Examine documents (PO, drawings, specifications, etc.) working closely with various departments to enter material flowing through processes.Enter orders in SAP, attach documents and send acknowledgments.Respond to customer requests via phone or e‑mail.Maintain customer web‑based interfaces i.e., portals (order retrieval, acknowledgments, uploading invoices, create ASNs and labels).Maintain scheduling agreements & or quantity contracts.Work with accounting to resolve receivable issues.Record and track customer complaints.Overall support for Sales & / or Plant: stocking agreements, consignment agreements, KANBAN.RequirementsPrevious experience in an office or service center role preferred.Fluent in German and Dutch languages mandatory.University or technical/vocational studies.SAP experience preferred.Excellent customer service focus and ability to remain productive under pressure.Strong written and oral communication skills.BenefitsOur client offers a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program (ticket restaurant, private health insurance, company pension plan), a hybrid working contract, and opportunities for professional growth and development.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionCustomer ServiceIndustriesIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing and Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
