Drive an effective and efficient support process in close collaboration with our vendors to the benefit of our business stakeholders Manage the IT demands in accordance with the overall IT Schneider Digital Strategy Participate in global projects across Region Europe, ensuring local involvement as well as local adoption of the solution Provide functional specification for smaller change requests, acting as the bridge between Business and our partners/vendors Establish good relationships with stakeholders and Key Users within your own perimeter Key Responsibilities Operations Ensuring operational stability and efficiency across the support model Driving an effective support process Being accountable for critical incidents management Managing the operational and functional lifecycle of IT subjects in the perspective of end‑to‑end business processes Enhancements Following and managing local projects or enhancement realization Clarifying needs expressed by users and validating requests Transforming user requests into understandable demands for solution partners Following up on the quality and testing of final solutions with vendors/solutions and business partners Local and Global Projects Delivering local and global projects within the Solution IT scope (Finance and Controlling) Prioritizing projects and activities to fit Schneider Digital priorities Managing and challenging project demands from the business and ensuring they are driven forward by suppliers or other Schneider Digital teams Working closely with global capability owners and understanding new evolutions within the perimeter to promote the re‑use of available functionality Supplier Management Acting as the contact person for suppliers (DTC team) within FICO activities Stakeholder Management Establishing sound relationships with functional key users and other key stakeholders Ensuring that business needs are correctly taken into
