We specialize in designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining bespoke water treatment solutions for our clients.Headquartered in Bray, Co. The Group is experiencing significant growth driven by its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM), enabling the delivery of turnkey projects while minimizing on-site construction time.Due to continued expansion, we are seeking to strengthen our HR team by hiring an HR Recruitment Specialist based in Zaragoza . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and supporting the company’s talent acquisition needs across multiple functions and locations.You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent while working closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer support.Manage reference and background checks in line with company policies.Support recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives as required.Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee, including coordination with HR and IT teams.Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular reporting on hiring activity.Support graduate and early-career initiatives, including interns and Graduate Development Programmes, partnering with universities and relevant educational institutions.Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment legislation and internal policies.Carry out additional HR-related tasks as required to support the HR team.Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.~3–5 years of experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition role.~ Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in the Water treatment, construction, or related fields.~ Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.~ Proficiency in English is required;Exposure to recruitment across multiple countries and business areas.Hybrid working model combining home office and on-site presence in Zaragoza.
