Senior IT Recruitment Consultant – French SpeakingWe are working on behalf of our well‑established international client who is looking to hire an experienced and talented Tech recruiter in their Barcelona office.With a young, ambitious team of 20, this multinational office has an inclusive, vibrant and social atmosphere.The RoleWe are looking for a high‑performing contract‑focused Recruitment Consultant, who has experience recruiting in the French or Belgian market. This is a 360 recruitment position, meaning you will develop new client accounts, with the aim of building long lasting relationships. Whilst expertly sourcing contract talent and meticulously matching them to clients hiring requirements. You will gain international work experience with regular training and personalised support. There will be the opportunity to develop your recruitment career with a progressive and structured career path.About youAt least 18 months of 360 recruiting within the IT, Tech or Digital markets, focused on contract/freelance positions.Experienced in business development and maintaining relationships with clients in Belgium/France.Native French & business fluent English required.Must have EU right to work.Confident, self‑motivated and determined.Articulate, money‑motivated and hungry for success.Great team player but also able to use your initiative to work independently.Fantastic commission structure with an excellent earning potential.Flexibility – 2 days working from home, 3pm finish Fridays, reduced summer hours.Leadership programme for those looking to progress into people management.Recognition – monthly incentives plus a chance to win overseas trips twice a year.Mental wellbeing – €100 spend on wellbeing products and services each tax year, plus 2.5 days of leave to pursue mindfulness activities.Spanish classes provided.30 days international remote working allowance per year.For those relocating, you’ll benefit from a reduced tax incentive.Apply NOW Or for more info contact .#J-18808-Ljbffr
