As a Payroll & HR Compliance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring legal, ethical, and procedural integrity across our HR operations. Working closely with Finance, Legal, and external advisors, you will manage payroll, maintain compliance frameworks, and contribute to a positive and transparent employee experience. YOUR MISSION Payroll Management & Fiscal Obligations Employee Relations Training & Grants Responsibilities Equality, Diversity & Regulatory Compliance – implement and monitor measures established in the Equality Plan. Prepare and maintain the Pay Equity Register and ensure periodic updates. Review and track compliance with the Sexual Harassment Prevention Protocol. Launch and monitor the LGTBI Plan and Protocol, including coordination of relevant training sessions. Update the Collective Bargaining Agreement and internal regulations to align with current labor laws and compliance principles. Oversee compliance with the Spanish General Disability Law (LGD). Coordinate with external legal advisors on matters related to immigration and expatriation. Regularly review legal updates relevant to labor law and ensure internal compliance.
