2 Postdoctoral Positions at IFISC (CSIC-UIB) The Institute for Cross-Disciplinary Physics and Complex Systems (IFISC) invites applications for two postdoctoral research positions in the field of quantum technologies and complex systems. These positions are funded by the EU Quantera project QNET, and the National project QUANTCOM . We are seeking motivated and talented candidates to join our research efforts in the following areas: Neuromorphic-inspired quantum networks: Quantum reservoir computing and associative memories Dynamics of out-of-equilibrium many-body quantum systems The selected postdocs will be involved in theoretical and/or numerical modeling of complex quantum systems inspired by neuromorphic computing principles, with applications to quantum information processing, learning, and memory. Contract Duration Position 1: 22 months Position 2: 17 months Candidate Profile Required Qualifications: Ph.D. in Physics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Experience in numerical simulations and analytical techniques in quantum many-body systems or computational neuroscience is highly desirable. Good communication skills and the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team. We Offer A dynamic and interdisciplinary research environment at IFISC, a joint research center of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB). Collaboration opportunities with leading international researchers. Gross salary, depending on the candidate's experience, is between 43,000 and 50,000 euros per year.
