FPGA RTL Developer

Project description

Join our dynamic engineering team to work on cutting-edge projects involving FPGA design and development. This position focuses on the creation and implementation of RTL code for high-performance applications using Xilinx/AMD FPGA platforms. The successful candidate will contribute to both new designs and the optimization of existing systems, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

1. Design, develop, and optimize RTL code for FPGA applications
2. Implement functional simulations to validate designs
3. Utilize Xilinx/AMD tools, specifically Vivado, for FPGA development
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables
5. Conduct thorough testing of hardware and RTL code to ensure functionality and performance
6. Prepare detailed technical documentation related to design and development processes

Must have

1. Proven expertise in RTL development for FPGAs
2. Strong proficiency with Xilinx/AMD FPGA tools, especially Vivado
3. Experience in hardware testing and troubleshooting of RTL code
4. Ability to create functional simulations for FPGA designs
5. Solid understanding of digital design and hardware architecture
6. Excellent documentation skills for maintaining clear and accurate development records

Nice to have

1. Experience in embedded systems design and microarchitecture optimization
2. Skills in scripting languages such as Python or TCL for automation purposes
