YOUR ROLE As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will support our CEVA Salesforce (C‑view) platform. You will collaborate with a Tech Lead based in India and work in Central European Timezone (CET) to design, code, and implement Salesforce applications, providing a structural approach to new features and development support. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? You will support the Factory Team to provide the best technical solution design. You will analyze proposed changes in line with Salesforce capabilities and CEVA standards (architecture and security), evaluating the impact on the existing end‑to‑end process. You will validate developments provided by the team, including System Integration Tests. You will design, code, and implement Salesforce applications, and troubleshoot and fix bugs. You will document changes and support development. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You have a BSc degree in IT Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field. You have 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud). You hold the Salesforce Platform 1 Developer certification. You have proven implementation experience with APEX triggers/code and Lightning Web Components. You have experience with REST/SOAP web services. Knowledge of Agent Force, Einstein, Event monitoring, and CI/CD is a plus. You can problem‑solve software and application issues and work under pressure. You are a team player with a can‑do attitude and strong communication skills. You speak fluent English; French is a plus. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
