Marketing Manager – Málaga Location: Málaga, Spain Work Model: Minimum 4 days/week in the office Experience: 3–5 years Contract Type: Full-time About Us We are building a next-generation AI and automation platform for the e-commerce sector. As we establish our dedicated tech entity in Spain, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who is creative, fast, analytical, and excited to shape the look, feel, and voice of a rapidly growing startup. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build marketing foundations from zero and grow with the company. Role Overview The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the full marketing foundation of the tech business — from website structure and messaging to pitch decks, case studies, campaigns, and creative assets. This person must be AI-driven , comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, Canva AI, Figma AI, etc.) to speed up workflow, generate concepts, write content, and produce high-quality materials efficiently. This is not a corporate marketing position — it's hands-on, execution-heavy, and perfect for someone young, hungry, and passionate about startups. What You'll Do Build the company's marketing base , including: Company website: structure, content, messaging Case studies (client stories, success metrics, visuals) Sales decks, pitch presentations, one-pagers Company language, tone of voice, and narrative Visual identity guidelines and creative direction Use AI tools to generate content, visuals, concepts, drafts, and creative materials quickly Collaborate with sales to update materials and support in closing deals Manage content creation, design workflows, and marketing timelines Work with freelancers/agencies when needed Stay up to date with startup, SaaS, AI, and e-commerce marketing trends Take full ownership of marketing operations — planning, prioritizing, and executing What We're Looking For 3–5 years of marketing experience , preferably in: Startups SaaS Tech E-commerce Ability to take ideas and turn them into polished, high-impact assets Strong writing and storytelling skills Excellent English (spoken and written) Additional languages are a plus An eye for design — not necessarily a designer, but design-sensitive and visually intelligent Experience creating or supporting sales materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies) Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple projects Must be based in Málaga and able to work 4 days/week from the office AI-driven mindset: ability and willingness to use generative AI tools in daily work High ownership, self-motivated, and thrives in fast-changing environments Who You Are Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow Independent thinker with strong creative instincts Enjoy working in a startup atmosphere Curious about technology, AI, and automation Problem solver, not afraid to make decisions Works well with sales and cross-functional teams Comfortable owning the entire marketing stack from day one Equal Opportunity Statement We welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
