Develop and implement strategies to establish new partnerships and further strengthen existing partnerships with banks and companies active in real estate industry. Nurture and manage relationships in your own network and with Allianz’s partners to identify opportunities for new business and for portfolio expansion, aligned with mutual business objectives. Lead internal teams to design and to develop insurance solutions across the value chain that meet the specific needs of banking and real estate partners. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute joint promotional campaigns and initiatives helping to push our partnership programs’ success. Track and report on customers’ satisfaction, partnership performance, providing valuable in-depth insights, and lead initiatives for continuous improvement. At least 5 years of sales channel experience in similar roles with in-depth knowledge of the insurance market, of key players in banking and real estate industries, and of value drivers for a successful partnership (e.g., because you have worked with insurers, brokers, consultants, banks, or companies in real estate industry on different forms of partnerships like distribution agreements, joint ventures, etc.). A creative mind with strategic vision, driven by facts & figures with strong commercial skills, communication skills, and negotiation experience with internal & external stakeholders. International, multi-cultural work experience. Fluent in English and Spanish business communications, negotiations, and working on presentations as well as contractual documents.
