Today, Silae has 450 employees across multiple locations in France and Spain all thriving in a dynamic and collaborative company culture within a constantly evolving industry Silae acquired Summar and Denario to support the launch of its operations in Spain. As a Product Manager at Silae, your responsibilities will include: User Needs Analysis: You will gather feedback from users and stakeholders to identify priorities, clarify uncertainties, and propose appropriate solutions. Product Roadmap and Backlog Management: You will work closely with the Product Director and payroll consultants to prioritize features and manage the backlog in line with business needs, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals. Offering Review and Solution Packaging: You will contribute to revisiting our current product offering and help structure and package solutions in a way that maximizes value for different customer segments. Product Development Monitoring: You will coordinate with technical and design teams to ensure deadlines are met and deliver a smooth, intuitive user experience. Collaboration and Communication: You will keep internal teams (marketing, support) informed of product developments and ensure strong coordination HR and Payroll Consultants to maintain overall consistency. Bridge Between Local and French Product Teams: You will act as the link between the local product team and the French product teams. Location: Reus or Barcelona Your profile: You have at least 3 years or more of solid experience as a Product Manager in time management or payroll, ideally within an HR or specialized software company. Payroll knowledge is a nice to have. Go-to-market experience would be an asset. Experience with AI-powered solutions is a plus. You have an analytical, solution-oriented mindset and are able to structure and prioritize complex topics. You are proactive and enjoy working in a team environment. You demonstrate excellent communication skills and can adapt your message to different audiences. Languages: Native Spanish speaker, fluent in French or English.
