Descripción El departamento Financiero es el encargado en gestionar las cuentas y contabilidad de la compañía. Además, ofrece asesoramiento tributario en relación con la gestión de activos crediticios e inmobiliarios, actuando como referente técnico para el equipo de Operaciones de la compañía a nivel de negociación y Real Estate en cuanto al IVA, ITP y plusvalías municipales. Se encarga de la planificación, cálculo y supervisión de los impuestos de las sociedades constituidas por los fondos de inversión extranjeros propietarias de tales activos, con especial atención a la fiscalidad internacional e Impuesto sobre Sociedades, además de IVA e IAE. #J-18808-Ljbffr
