What you´ll do

We are seeking an organised individual who is highly motivated and works well independently in a fast-paced environment, as well as within a team. As a Project Enablement Junior, you´ll manage the execution of comprehensive learning journeys, encompassing diverse BTS practices including Strategy Alignment, Leadership, Innovation, Coaching, and Digital Solutions.

Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with consultants and facilitators for managing online and offline training processes, ensuring high quality and smooth participant experience.
  2. Coordinate project logistics, planning, and communication with clients and colleagues.
  3. Support participants in virtual training experiences.
  4. Assist in data collection for learning impact measurements, maintaining up-to-date client databases.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  6. Knowledge of e-learning management or LMS technologies; prior experience is a plus.
  7. Experience in managing ERP systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
  8. Project management abilities, client focus, organizational skills, and accountability.
  9. Positive and solution-finding attitude when faced with challenges, confidence to perform own role without unnecessary support in normal circumstances.
  10. Independent, a quick learner, and comfortable taking on responsibility.
  11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, aligned with BTS values.
  12. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Minimum Requirements

The candidate must be authorized to work in the European Union on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
