Responsibilities Engineer our employee affiliation engine: reliably process thousands of lifecycle events daily. Simplify payroll and billing: craft tools that HR teams love. Build seamless integrations: connect with platforms like Payfit and Workday so things “just work.” Automate workflows at scale: adapt solutions to companies of all sizes across multiple countries. Make billing delightful: ensure invoices are accurate, reliable, and easy to manage. Collaborate across teams: partner with product, design, and ops to deliver a unified experience. What you’ll do : ship solutions that handle high complexity and scale across multiple countries, collaborating closely with product and design teams. Who we’re looking for Software engineers of all experience levels, ideally with backend and full‑stack experience. Comfortable digging into complex business logic, especially around insurance and payroll. Passionate about turning complex processes into simple, elegant solutions. Experienced in building scalable systems that handle real‑world complexity. B2B experience is a plus. Well‑versed in OOP languages (Python, Java, C#) and excited about modern web technologies (JavaScript). Fluent in English (French is a plus but not required).
