Desde Hays estamos buscando un perfil System Industrialization & Validation Leader que se incorpore a una empresa multinacional en Valladolid.Buscamos una persona que quiera estabilidad y crecimiento profesional. La vacante incluye desarrollo de carrera en el corto - medio y largo plazo.Funciones:- Definir y coordinar planes de industrialización y validación para sistemas HW y SW.- Supervisar pruebas en vehículo y asegurar la calidad del producto.- Garantizar la disponibilidad de recursos y herramientas para testing.- Analizar resultados, gestionar incidencias y proponer mejoras en procesos.- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para cumplir hitos y objetivos QCD.Requisitos:- Experiencia sólida en validación de sistemas y arquitectura de software embebido.- Grado en Ingeniería (Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Mecánica o similar); MSc/PhD valorable.- Conocimiento en métodos de validación y definición de arquitectura de sistemas.- Inglés avanzado (francés es un plus).- Capacidad analítica, liderazgo y trabajo en entornos internacionales.
