Become part of our global team : You make the difference - YOU MAKE US Responsibilities WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT At Daimler Truck España we are looking to hire a Legal Counsel / Compliance Specialist (m / f / d ) who will bring strategic value to our Legal and Compliance team. This key position involves providing legal advice to our group companies in Spain and ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Compliance Management System aligned with Daimler Truck Group standards. If youre ready to take the next step in your career this is your opportunity Tasks and functions : Provide legal advice across various areas including Antitrust Corporate Public Procurement and Commercial Law. Deliver legal training when required and monitor changes in local legislation. Draft review and approve legal documentation including contracts and legal communications according to local law. Manage and coordinate corporate governance activities ensuring full compliance with legal and internal corporate obligations. Oversee and follow up on litigation and other legal dispute s in collaboration with external law firms and represent the company before authorities. Coordinate compliance activities including Data Protection Sanctions Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money laundering (AML). Support management in maintaining effective risk management processes. Qualifications THATS WHY YOU ARE A MATCH The profile we are looking for : Bachelors degree in law; LL.M. in Corporate Law or similar is preferred. Strong expertise in Legal and Compliance matters. Previous experience in the automotive sector will be highly valued. Proven professional experience and senior-level expertise. Solid understanding of compliance management processes. Strong process and business orientation is essential. Native in Spanish with high proficiency in English (spoken and written); German is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented proactive motivated and results-driven. IT system knowledge (MS Officce excel powert point sharepoint...) UE permission is required.
