Senior UX/UI DesignerUX/UI Designer (Italian Speaking) - EY GDS Spain - HybridThe opportunityThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth as you get to work with high quality team to support clients ensuring the stability of global companies through best-in-class solutions, automation and innovation, working with an international team.Your key responsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include:- Lead the design of intuitive and engaging user experiences across different digital platforms.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into design solutions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.Skills and attributes for successTo succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and strong collaboration skills, including:- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.- A user-centered mindset with a passion for solving complex design challenges.- A data-driven design mindset, valuing user research data as a fundamental guide for every design decision.- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.To qualify for the role, you must have- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI design roles.- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma in particular).- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.- Experience working in Agile environments.- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.Ideally, youll also have- Good understanding of Spanish- Experience with design systems and component libraries.- Familiarity with user research approach and methodologies is a plus.- Previous experience in consulting or working with international teams.What we look forWe seek individuals who are passionate about their work and possess outstanding skills in their field.
