Key Requirements Experienced in management consulting within Strategy, Transformation, or Operations projects. Skilled in managing functional analysis activities. Strong ability to develop hypotheses, build business cases (both quantitative and qualitative), and design potential solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong planning and coordination capabilities with local teams and C-level management. Proven ability to build effective networks with local teams, elevate issues to senior stakeholders, and ensure adoption of group-defined guidelines. Experience in managing and coordinating vendors implementing local solutions, while liaising with group stakeholders for the deployment of core enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, commercial solutions). Solid functional and process knowledge of the technology and software industry. Experienced in managing workstreams in a consulting environment. Good command of English (spoken and written). Italian language skills are highly valued. More than 3 years of professional experience. Ability to drive integration management across entities and stakeholders in multiple geographies. Capability to contribute business process and back‑office expertise when required. Skilled in facilitating the execution of technology transformation projects involving ERP and commercial platforms, including vendor management when necessary. Support both business areas and support functions such as Finance, particularly in transformation initiatives linked to ERP integration. Flexibility to contribute to additional integration streams as they arise in the future.
