VP of Engineering

We are seeking a VP of Engineering to lead our engineering organization, drive execution, and scale our technical operations. As a key leadership figure, you will own team management, execution, and operational excellence, working closely with the CTO and the CPO to align technical strategy with business goals. Our platform helps our partners manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success. Since we launched in 2019, we have already achieved the following : Built a community of over 7 million users Finalized the biggest Series B this year (€30 million) Grown our team to more than 170 employees We’re continuing to grow to become the #1 tech partner for boutique studios in Europe and the rest of the world Your Role & Responsibilities Engineering Execution & Delivery: Own agile processes, sprint planning, and release management to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery. Team & Talent Leadership: Define org structure, hire top‑tier engineers, and foster a culture of ownership and collaboration. Operational & Financial Oversight: Manage engineering budgets, optimise cloud costs, and drive vendor selection. Technical Quality & DevOps: Continuously improve best practices for CI/CD, security, scalability, and incident management. Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key engineering KPIs to executive leadership. What You Bring Proven experience leading engineering teams in a high‑growth, tech‑driven environment, preferably in a scale‑up environment. Strong background in software engineering, DevOps, and system architecture at scale, serving millions of daily users. Track record of hiring, mentoring, and growing high‑performing teams.
