Through a robust stakeholder feedback loop and supported by consistent processes and leadership we take pride in delivering responsive fair and professional service with empathy and efficiency. How you will create an impact Focused on Financial Lines business you will be responsible for a portfolio of complex claims from coverage inquiry through legal liability assessment and quantum analysis to timely and accurate resolution. Your goal will be timely accurate and customer-focused claim resolution minimizing indemnity exposure and mitigating vendor and legal expense you will actively promote and demonstrate the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in claims handling. You will also contribute to continuous improvement in Claims by supporting Quality Assurance / Regional Audit processes ensuring mitigation of indemnity and expense exposure while communicating developments and outcomes as necessary to all key internal and external stakeholders. Promote compliance with best practice for all aspects of claims assessment / handling and actively promote Claims Handling Values. Support the Financial Lines Claims Manager and claims team on an ongoing basis and work closely with underwriters providing feedback on claims issues wording and market trends. Proactively identify and review suspect / fraudulent claims on a consistent basis in line with company internal requirements. Strengthen good relationships with internal and external customers and drive excellent customer service. What youll need to succeed Strong experience and knowledge as a specialist in Financial Lines technical claims topics Law degree preferred Fluent in English Advanced knowledge of legal / regulatory and litigation / procedural requirements for Financial Lines .
