Our +19 years of experience in automotive and logistics sectors make us an excellent partner to develop and deliver strategic technical projects worldwide.Our outstanding team of experts -based in US, Mexico, Spain, Germany and India- provides a professional service and blended solutions with high quality standards.We are a leading Engineering company looking for a talented and experienced Project Site Manager to join our team.Following the guidelines given by Project Management, as a Project Site Manager, you will be responsible for lead and coordinate all activities related to the assembly and installation of automated and robotic lines for the manufacture of automotive components, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical quality, and safety on site. You will be directly responsible for the technical execution of the project in the field. Main projects located in USA.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and organize the phases of project execution, defining schedules, milestones, and deliverables.Determine the human, technical, and material resources necessary for project development.Supervise and coordinate staff under your responsibility, including supervisors and team leaders.Coordinate closely with the engineering team for the reception, analysis, and implementation of technical assembly information.Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors the resources and conditions necessary for the progress of the work.Ensure compliance with quality standards, industrial safety, and applicable regulations.Report periodically on the progress of the work to the Project Manager and maintain fluid communication with the end customer.Resolve technical and operational incidents that may arise during assembly.Ensure the correct documentation and technical closure of the facilities.What will you need as a successful Project Site Manager?Bachelor s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or similar.
