IE University’s Vice-rectorate for Academic Affairs seeks an Associate Director of Quality and Accreditation in Madrid. The role drives compliance with national regulations and international accreditation frameworks, leading continuous improvement across programs and processes. Responsibilities Standards Compliance – Ensure programs meet national regulations and quality standards; stay updated on regulatory changes. Quality and Accreditation Processes – Coordinate validation, modification, and accreditation of official programs; support new program design. Quality Management Systems – Prepare self‑evaluation reports; monitor process performance; implement evidence‑based improvement plans; update internal regulations. Stakeholder Communication – Communicate with regulatory bodies, staff, and other stakeholders; assist in training programs. Documentation and Reporting – Prepare and present reports to senior management; contribute to strategic planning. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience managing quality systems and processes; previous experience in Spanish universities highly valued. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of quality management principles. Deep knowledge of Spanish educational regulations and the European Higher Education Area. Fluency in Spanish and English (written and oral); proficiency with administrative and legal documents. Office and data analysis systems skills.
