The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex large scale construction projects as well as within one or more of the following: Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, BioTech, Oil & Gas, Industrial, Logistics, Manufacturing, Chemical or similarly complex asset type.Job Objectives Maintain and monitor master plan schedulePrepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project scheduleIntegrate various contract packages into master plan scheduleReview contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to clientPrepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and clientDevelop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of projectInteract with contractor and verify the project data to update project scheduleDevelop mitigation plansAssess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim reportPut forward recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claimAnalyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to project scheduleWork out site logistic planning for projectPrepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules for critical elements of workQualifications 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projectsProficiency in Primavera P6Experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projectsExcellent command of English and SpanishExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDevelops good working relationships with project teamThe tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutionsEU passport holders preferredAdditional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
