Job Title : Project ManagerDepartment : Project Management TeamReports to : Head of Project Management and ComplianceType : Full-timeThe Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all aspects of project planning and execution. The Project Manager will also provide hands‑on operational support for virtual and in‑person project components, ensuring successful delivery in compliance with organizational and contractual requirements.Business travel to the project event(s) is mandatory.Facilitate clear, timely, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Responsibilities Project Coordination and Support: Assist in the preparation and management of project‑related materials, timelines, and deliverables to support successful project execution.Virtual Platform Management: Coordinate the setup, testing, and maintenance of Mpha R virtual platforms or event technologies used for project delivery, ensuring smooth functionality and participant engagement.Contract and Documentation Management: Support the preparation, review, and tracking of project‑related contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal and compliance teams.Facilitate clear, timely, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Attend and support project‑related events, including on‑site coordination, logistics oversight, and stakeholder engagement.Develop and format project documentation, reports, and presentation materials according to established templates and project specifications.Support project execution and coordination.Prepare and manage virtual event platforms.Experience in project coordination or event management.Familiarity with virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys bringing projects to life from concept to execution.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, event management, or a similar coordination role.Experience working with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) or equivalent tools.Willingness and ability to travel for project events (business travel is mandatory).Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.At Mpha R, you’ll be part of a passionate team dedicated to excellence in medical communications and scientific project delivery.#J-18808-Ljbffr
