Sales Force Effectiveness Specialist

SFE Specialist role for a global multinational Vet Company
Responsibilities:- Design and maintain sales force effectiveness systems, analytics and dashboards
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and support the creation and use of reports and dashboards that meet those needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CRM and all related data, identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Provide sales reports for the sales department and the management team
- Determine incentive eligibles and calculate the sales incentive plan
- Support the definition of KPIs including sales results and field activities
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to sales and marketing team based on sales and activity
- Create compelling visualizations such as charts, graphs and dashboards to effectively communicate insights through various BI systems
- Critically analyze data and provide suggestions to increase sales performance as a result of the analyses performed

Requisiti:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant departments in pharmaceuticals industry
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good command of English both written and verbal
- Strong planning, reporting and analytical skills with critical thinking
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to relate to a wide range of individuals at all levels
