Nos define el compromiso con la innovación y el servicio al cliente, ayudando a transformar negocios con tecnología de vanguardia.¿Te apasiona convertir datos en decisiones, optimizar procesos y aportar visión de negocio? ¿Quieres trabajar de forma transversal con todas las áreas y tener impacto real desde el primer día?Esta es tu oportunidad# ; Ubicación: Barcelona (presencial)# ; Tus principales responsabilidades serán:Analizar y explotar datos para elaborar las métricas y los KPIs más relevantes.Desarrollar y mantener reportes periódicos para las distintas áreas.Elaborar presentaciones para la toma de decisiones.Dar soporte directo al COO en reportes, análisis y proyectos transversales, participando en iniciativas de mejora continua.Actuar como nexo entre negocio y área técnica para implementar mejoras con los diferentes equipos.# ; ¿Qué buscamos?Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Business Data Analyst o rol similar.Conocimientos sólidos en:SQL (MS SQL / MySQL; se valorará Transact-SQL)Excel (nivel avanzado)Power BI (plus)Bases de datos y modelado/consultaInglés (B2).Se valorará:Nociones de contabilidad y cálculo financiero.Programación en general# ; Competencias clave:Visión de negocioBúsqueda de información y orientación a solucionesComunicación# ; ¿Qué ofrecemos?Contrato indefinidoHorario flexible y posibilidad de teletrabajoTicket restauranteSeguro médico y de vidaFestivo extra por tu cumpleañosCafé, fruta fresca y servicio de osteopatía en la oficinaDeporte 3 días por semanaEntorno colaborativo, formación continua y oportunidades reales de crecimiento
