Quintas Advisory provides services throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development to operations, using all our efforts and know-how to optimise asset status and deliver maximum performance in the long term.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Site Engineer to support the execution and monitoring of a utility-scale photovoltaic project located closed to Burgos. In this role, you will work closely with the Owner’s Engineering team to ensure proper project development, tracking, and control. Your efforts will be crucial in overseeing on-site operations, coordinating with EPC contractors, and managing the administrative aspects related to project execution.The position will be focused on this project for the duration of the construction phase. After the completion of this project, there may be opportunities to support other photovoltaic projects in different regions across Spain.On-site presence will be required during the construction phase. When no projects are under construction, your usual workplace will be our Seville office, operating under a hybrid remote working model.ResponsibilitiesOn-Site Supervision: Monitor daily project activities to ensure targets are met in terms of scope, schedule, and budget.EPC Contract Management: Assist in reviewing the EPC Execution Plan to ensure that tasks and documentation are carried out in accordance with requirements.Coordination and Communication: Facilitate communication between the Owner’s Engineering team and subcontracted construction companies by organizing meetings and preparing progress reports.Administrative Management: Support the processing of project documentation, coordinate project milestones, and track related payments.Risk Identification: Contribute to the early detection of risks across project phases and propose appropriate mitigation measures in collaboration with the technical team.Process Optimization: Provide suggestions to improve internal processes and enhance operational efficiency.RequisitosAcademic Background: University degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Experience: At least 1 year of on-site experience with a mandatory background in utility-scale photovoltaic projects.Technical Skills: Proven experience in monitoring and managing EPC contracts, project management, and handling administrative procedures within the renewable energy sector.Languages: Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.Personal Skills: Excellent communication, a team-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.#J-18808-Ljbffr
