OverviewResponsible for operating the SAP HCM system (H4S4) with a focus on payroll and personnel administration. Ensure compliance with all legal and collective agreement requirements. System customizing and configuration, error analysis, and technical enhancements, including ABAP code analysis. Coordinate the implementation of customer requirements across the relevant SAP HCM modules.
