Our values are: show your passion , act as an owner and think rigorously , figure it out & hold the line⚡ As a Digital Project Manager at North you are the ultimate responsible for driving projects forward. You partner with clients to scope, plan and manage project expectations through delivery. You work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and drive consensus. You balance the best-in-class user experience with business goals, breaking down complex problems in order to locate and manage their solutions. If you are a truly great candidate for this role, you will have an entrepreneurial spirit, intellectual curiosity, and a bias towards action. Your key responsibilities will be to: Define a product or concept from business inputs and technical limitations. Translate business goals into clear, actionable product requirements. Understand the full digital product lifecycle — from discovery to launch and iteration. Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Run several projects and parallel work streams, acting as main point of contact. Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact. Partner with clients to understand business objectives, user behaviors, and product vision. Ensure clear project planning, expectation setting and communication with clients for long and short-term planning. At every step, from concept to code, influence and address what is needed to move the project forward. You will bring to the table: 2-3+ years of experience delivering digital (web / mobile / interactive) projects. Proven experience in projects with a strong technical component — working with technical flow diagrams, APIs, data architecture, or engineering conversations. Experience directly managing enterprise-level clients as well as multidisciplinary project teams. Smart, proactive leadership: you know when to take the initiative and are always thinking 10 steps ahead. High quality standards to ensure success and a positive client experience across the entire project lifecycle. Ability and desire to operate with a high-degree of autonomy. Excellent attention to detail. Effective, confident and concise written and verbal communication skills - in Spanish and English. Extra credit if you: Have launched side projects of your own. Enjoy working outside of your comfort zone. Have passion for trends and developments in design & technology.
