About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to join our team and drive the development of advanced AI-powered documentation tools. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement AI models and pipelines that streamline technical documentation creation, transformation, and automation.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer with strong applied AI expertise, a passion for LLMs, and the ability to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and fine‑tune LLM‑based systems to automate and enhance documentation creation workflowsDevelop prompt engineering, retrieval pipelines, and model evaluation frameworksIntegrate AI models into existing tools and services (APIs, internal platforms, user‑facing interfaces)Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into AI featuresOptimize performance, reliability, and scalability across AI componentsEnsure data quality, model safety, and compliance with company standardsProduce clear technical documentation for models, systems, and processesRequired Skills & Experience3+ years’ experience working with Generative AI / LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, or similar)Strong background in Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and API integrationProven experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and LLM orchestration frameworksExperience developing high‑quality AI‑driven documentation, content generation, or knowledge‑management toolsSolid understanding of ML lifecycle: training, fine‑tuning, evaluation, deploymentExperience working in a B2B freelance/contracting capacityStrong communication skills and ability to work autonomouslyNice‑to‑HaveExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)Familiarity with technical documentation standards (Markdown, Sphinx, DITA, Confluence, etc.)Knowledge of DevOps or MLOps workflowsBackground in NLP research or applied linguisticsSeniority LevelMid‑Senior levelEmployment TypeContractJob Function & IndustriesInformation TechnologyTechnology, Information and Internet#J-18808-Ljbffr
