Reporting directly to an Engineering Manager, you'll work independently on moderately complex projects, collaborate with senior engineers on larger initiatives, and mentor junior team members. You Will: Develop and deliver complex features and medium-sized projects with minimal oversight. Contribute to architectural discussions and make informed technical decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, accessible applications (WCAG 2.1 AA). Act as a go-to team contributor for debugging and problem-solving. Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing. Improve code quality and workflows through refactoring, standards, and best practices. You Have: Updated September. 2025 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience. Strong proficiency in: React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux, . Experience with CSS-in-JS , component libraries/design systems , Storybook , and accessibility standards. Experience writing unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library. Experience with UX design tools like Figma Familiarity with API design and integration (REST, GraphQL) Understanding of security best practices Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to adapt messaging for different audiences. Collaborative mindset with respect for diverse perspectives. Experience with current development technologies, methodologies and workflows including CI/CD, Agile development (Scrum, JIRA), Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Terraform, Docker.
