Apostem per una gestió rigorosa, basada en dades i en la millora contínua, que doni suport a la presa de decisions i a l’excel·lència operativa.Descripció del rolCerquem un/a Operations & Quality Controller per reforçar l’àrea de control intern i qualitat, amb un paper clau en la revisió, validació i seguiment dels processos administratius, econòmics i operatius de l’empresa.Aquest rol és essencial per garantir la fiabilitat de la informació, l’homogeneïtzació dels criteris de treball i el correcte funcionament del dia a dia.ResponsabilitatsRevisió i control de processos interns i procediments operatius.Verificació de documentació administrativa, econòmica i contractual.Control de facturació, imputacions i seguiment pressupostari.Detecció d’incidències, desviacions o errors i proposta de millores.Suport a l’equip de gestió en la preparació d’informes i documentació.Seguiment de terminis, fluxos de treball i compliment dels estàndards interns.Col·laboració transversal amb els equips de gestió, comptabilitat i direcció.Perfil que busquemPersona analítica, metòdica i orientada al detall.Alta capacitat de revisió, control i validació de la informació.Mentalitat de qualitat, ordre i millora contínua.Capacitat per treballar de manera estructurada i amb autonomia.Discreció i responsabilitat en el tractament de dades.RequisitsFormació en Administració, Comptabilitat, ADE o similar.Experiència prèvia en rols de back office, control intern o qualitat.Bon domini d’eines ofimàtiques, especialment Excel.Es valorarà experiència en administració de finques o entorns regulats.OferimContracte indefinit.Entorn professional, col·laboratiu i en creixement.Rol clau amb impacte directe en la qualitat del servei.Possibilitats de desenvolupament i evolució professional.Flexibilitat i format híbrid.Si compleixes els requisits i vols formar part d’un projecte sòlid i en creixement, envia’ns el teu CV i una carta de presentació a: T’esperem per continuar construint un servei de qualitat i confiança.
