High-Level International Business Conference Project Location: Barcelona Type: Project-based. Contract period: December 29th, 2025 – March 8, 2026 (overall engagement approx. 2 months, including an estimated 2 weeks on-site in Barcelona, Spain, subject to final project schedule.) Role Summary This role is for a "Mission First" professional who thrives in fast-paced & high-pressure delivery environments. As the Project Manager, your primary mission is to bridge the gap between client expectations and flawless execution. You are not working in a silo; you are the lead conductor who ensures that the client, our internal fellows, and international partners move as one unified team. We need someone who leads by example, values collaboration, and is obsessed with project milestones. Expected Commitment (Workload) Flexible, project-based engagement based in our Shanghai office during the pre-production phase, transitioning to a high-intensity, full-time commitment during peak weeks and the approximately 10-day on-site delivery in Barcelona. Travel/Work Eligibility Must have a valid passport and be able to obtain the necessary travel authorization for Spain (Schengen, if applicable) to support the approximately 2-week on-site delivery in Barcelona. Role Description Client & Stakeholder Alignment: Lead detailed requirement walkthroughs with the client; ensure all project partners are 100% aligned on the latest scopes, updates, and deadlines. Integrated Team Leadership: Drive daily collaboration between the internal teams (design, production and operations) and project partners; foster a "Together Strong" environment where information flows transparently. Execution Roadmap Management: Build and safeguard the execution timeline; proactively resolve bottlenecks by coordinating resources across different departments and vendors. On-site Tactical Coordination: During the Barcelona delivery, manage the on-site "war room" with colleagues and partners; ensure seamless hand-offs between rehearsals, show-calling, and technical transitions. Quality & Risk Guardianship: Uphold the "Quality First" standard through every project phase; work with partners to identify and mitigate risks before they impact the live show. Requirements Professional Delivery Experience (5+ Years): Hands-on experience in International B2B Conferences and Product Launches. You understand the complex machinery behind a global-scale event. Collaborative Mindset: A strong believer in "Together Strong." You are skilled at motivating team members and external partners to deliver their best work under tight deadlines. Resilience & Agility: You embrace "The only easy day was yesterday" spirit. You remain calm and solution-oriented during the high-speed "Hell Week" on-site. Expert Coordination: Proven ability to manage complex relationships between clients, internal experts, and local/international vendors. Bilingual Fluency: Professional proficiency in both English and Chinese is essential for managing international project stakeholders.
