This approach means quality is a collective journey, with every team member playing a part in crafting our game's excellence. You’ll be the champion of this culture, helping embed quality in every aspect of development, from initial design to final release. By mentoring teams and advocating for everyone to own quality, your role helps preserve our game as a beloved adventure for millions. Dive into a world where your skills contribute to creating magical, flawless experiences.ResponsibilitiesBe the main point of contact for quality and testing‑related matters for cross‑functional teams.Collaborate with the test strategy, test design, test execution, defect analysis, and test reporting to continuously improve the bug lifecycle process.Promote good QA practices, including agile testing, test automation, and risk‑based testing.Identify and communicate risks that may impact other teams in relation to the overall quality of our products.Coordinate with other teams and outsourced QA teams during the integration and testing of key features.Participate in QA craft initiatives.Understand how the games integrate with King tech products.SkillsAbility to identify and investigate risks and bugs in games and/or mobile apps.Experience working in cross‑functional teams.Excellent communication skills.Competence in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation.Proactive problem‑solving approach.Strong relationship‑building abilities.Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.Understanding of the benefits and costs of automation in the QA process.Experience with project and test management tools.Additional SkillsKnowledge of game/software development processes and continuous development.Proactive approach to knowledge sharing and promoting good practices.About KingWith a mission of Making the World Playful , King is a leading interactive entertainment company with more than 20 years of history of delivering some of the world’s most iconic games in the mobile gaming industry, including the world‑famous Candy Crush franchise and other mobile game hits such as Farm Heroes Saga .
