Are you ready to help us face challenges and find solutions that get us both to the next level of excellence?What The Role EntailsSome of the key responsibilities of our Art Director:Define and uphold the artistic vision and visual language for our iGaming products.Translate complex game mechanics and marketing goals into compelling visual narratives.Ensure all visual output is mobile-first, optimizing for various screen sizes and devices common in the iGaming sector.Maintain brand consistency across our titles (both art and animation).Mentor and inspire a team of specialised and general 2D artists/animators.Manage creative workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.Conduct regular art reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate the quality of work.Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Game Mathematicians, and Developers to ensure art assets are feasible and optimized for performance.Deliver promotional assets for the marketing teams.Contributes and assists in the teams recruitment process.For you, this is more than an Art Director role in game development.
