We obsess over merging data‑driven optimization, entertainment and creativity to build a strong, fun, and trustworthy brand.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic creative concepts for paid video campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other UA channels.Analyze creative performance campaign metrics (CTR, CPI, CPE, ROAS, engagement) to generate actionable insights and optimize creatives.Write concise, effective creative briefs to guide designers, motion artists, and video editors.Collaborate closely with UA, growth, and media buying teams to test hypotheses and scale winning creatives.Review and optimize creative iterations to ensure alignment with brand and business goals.Spot trends, cultural moments, and gaming insights to inform campaign strategies.Manage the end‑to‑end creative process, from concept to execution, testing, and performance analysis.Requirements2+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth marketing roles.Diverse portfolio demonstrating data‑driven creative concepts that drove measurable results.Deep understanding of paid social creative performance and testing methodologies.Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable creative direction.Fluent in English, with experience creating content for a global audience, particularly US users.Familiarity with creative production workflows and ability to adapt to quick product changes.Proficiency in project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira.Experience with AI tools such as Arcads, Elevenlabs, ChatGPT, and others.Results‑oriented, with an obsession for improving performance metrics.Nice to haveFluency in German, Spanish, or French.What it’s like to work at EnebaOpportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.Opportunity to help scale a unique product.Performance‑based, referral, and additional paid leave bonuses.Personal learning budget.Flexible work location: office, remote, travel opportunities.Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well‑defined feedback and promotion processes.Please attach CV's in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
