Our 700+ employees across 10 countries work together to transform urban and interurban mobility worldwide.JOB PURPOSEWe are looking for a Solutions Analyst with a technical background to join the RSS team at Abertis Mobility Services, supporting the development and delivery of tolling solutions across RSE (hardware + gantry controller) and OBO (Operational Back Office). These roles will work closely with Product Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure functional clarity and delivery alignment.RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in gathering and documenting functional requirements for RSE and OBO systems.- Support product backlog refinement, focusing on ticket creation and grooming.- Analyze data from tolling systems for troubleshooting and issue identification.- Participate in testing and validation of new features or system changes.- Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, Developers, and QA to ensure alignment on deliverables.- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Functional- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to support decision-making and communication.REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Industrial, Engineering, or similar.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Experience with hardware/software integration projects.- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and ideally SQL.- Excellent communication and documentation skills in Spanish and English.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment, with a proactive mindset and strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.- Planning and prioritization-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments.- Eagerness to learn and grow within a product-oriented team.Nice-to-Have- Basic understanding of infrastructure concepts (e.g., databases, NFS).- Basic knowledge of Linux and ability to write and execute simple SQL queries.- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Knowledge of product lifecycle.- Interest or basic understanding of tolling systems or mobility infrastructure (ITS).
