Personal Assistant to CEO – AnyTech365 About the Opportunity AnyTech365 , a leading tech company in Marbella recognized as one of the fastest-growing in Europe, is seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Assistant to support our CEO. We are an international family of over 300 employees from 25+ nationalities, dedicated to providing top-notch IT security solutions.Consequently, we are looking for a proactive professional who can manage the demands of a C-level executive, ensuring efficient operations and confidentiality at all times.Key Responsibilities:First, you will actively manage the CEO’s complex calendar and agenda, prioritizing appointments and ensuring time is used effectively.Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering communications with professionalism.Furthermore, you will prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.Also, you will coordinate key business activities, including travel arrangements, itineraries, and event planning.Finally, you will handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.Requirements:Regarding experience, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting C-level executives.Linguistically, fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory to communicate effectively in our global headquarters.Personally, you should possess excellent organizational skills, a proactive “can-do” attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.Ideally, you are tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced technological environment.What We Offer:Competitive Salary: We offer a salary package around €42,500 per year , commensurate with experience.Dynamic Environment: Work in modern offices in Marbella with a supportive and diverse team.Growth: Opportunities for professional development within a company that values performance and commitment.Become the right hand of our leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
