Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Introduction to the vacant positionL'Institut de Bioenginyeria de Catalunya (IBEC) requires the incorporation of an Accounting Officer to provide support to the Finance Unit.Main tasks and responsibilitiesIts functions and responsibilities will consist of:Giving support to the administrative and accounting management of the Finance Unit: introduction of accounting entries – supplier invoices and other expenses.Issuance of invoices to customers and monitoring of debtor balances.Processing of accounting data through Excel to generate economic reports.Support in the justification of projects.Banking and treasury management.Requirements for candidatesBachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics or equivalent.Microsoft Excel Advanced Level.Experience in SAP Business One.High level of English.Competences and skills: Communication, planning, organization, teamwork, analytical capacity, pro activity, flexibility and adaptation to changes.Additional experience that will be also valuablePrevious experience in the Financial Department.Audit Firm.Public Entity.We OfferNumber of available positions: 1Starting date: October 2025Working conditionsFull-time employment.37.5 hours / week) Contract funded by the project 'Complementary Plan for Biotechnology Applied to Health' (PRTR).
