If the above resonates with you, keep reading because we believe you could be a perfect addition to our incredible teamRole overviewInvestment & Finance AssociateThe Investment & Finance Associate will support Titan's senior investment and finance leadership across financial analysis, fundraising, transaction execution and reporting. The role is execution-focused and designed to ensure rigour, efficiency and consistency across financial processes. This role sits at the intersection of financial analysis, fundraising support and transaction execution, acting as a backbone for day-to-day financial and investment activities.Key responsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & ModellingBuild and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts and scenario analysesSupport data-driven decision-making by preparing analyses on performance, runway, and growth initiativesFundraising & Investor SupportSupport the preparation of fundraising materials, including pitch decks, data rooms and financial modelsCoordinate information flows during due diligence processes with investors and advisorsTrack investor requests, timelines and follow-upsTransaction Execution SupportAssist in financial due diligence for VC, growth equity and M&A transactionsPrepare analysis, summaries and documentation to support investment decisions and transaction executionReporting & MetricsPrepare periodic financial reports, KPIs and dashboards for internal stakeholdersSupport reporting to external stakeholders when requiredRequirementsWhat makes you a great fit:+2 years of full-time work experienceStrong analytical background with hands-on experience in financial modelling, analysis and reportingExperience collaborating with multiple stakeholders (investors, advisors, internal teams)Detail-oriented and process-driven, ensuring high-quality deliverables under tight timelinesProactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and reduce operational burden on senior team membersNice to have:Background in consulting or transaction advisoryPrevious exposure to VC, growth equity or private debt transactionsExperience supporting investor due diligence processesFamiliarity with financial systems and tools (Excel, accounting platforms, reporting tools)Experience working with international stakeholders or cross-border transactionsBenefits & Reasons to applyHybrid positionCentrally located office in the heart of Barcelona, with public transportation nearbyCompetitive compensationPrivate health insuranceFriendly, diverse, and international work environmentOpportunity to work outside of your comfort zone and develop professionally in an exciting and fast-growing CTV industryChange the future of TV A unique opportunity to join a well-funded, high-growth company in the early stages to help shape a product/business that will impact millionsIf you're excited about this position, don't hesitate to apply.
