This position will partner with business and finance leaders to design program strategy through thoughtful analysis, develop key financial processes, and support automation initiatives. The successful candidate will need to be strategic, analytical, and have the demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. A typical day in this role provides an opportunity to improve and create new measures for business effectiveness, innovate creative solutions utilizing large scale data mining tools, and identify high priority projects to maximize results for key stakeholders.Key Job ResponsibilitiesCreate effective business partnerships, manages competing priorities, and provides investment guidance based on data analysis during unexpected events.Present financial summaries and business insights to Senior Management (Business and Finance).Develop and implement long range business planning.Develop financial models for new business concepts and resulting financial impact to help drive data driven decision making.Build out and enhance P&L models for new and existing businesses, develop business insights and KPI dashboards, and lead ad hoc analyses.Work with big data and transforming it into insights and information.Lead automation efforts of critical processes.Identify opportunities to resolve defects proactively. The base pay for this position ranges from $60,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market.
