Fluency in Spanish is required for this role. Responsibilities Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments. Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing multi-disciplinary skills to contribute in various areas. Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full involvement in Agile processes. Maintain high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence. Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing product value. Engage in continuous learning and process improvement, focusing on technical skills and methodologies. Support continuous integration and automated build, test, and deployment processes. Promote transparency and coordinate efforts with other teams for effective integration. Mentor team members, share knowledge, and foster collaboration.
