IT & S DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER (F/M/X)Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.ObjectiveIn the IT&S Development department, we are looking for a Portfolio Partner to join the team. The position will be located in Bilbao (Spain) and the selected person will be responsible for managing IT projects end to end in order to deploy information systems to improve the company's efficiency. This person will also manage the relationship with some of the Areas and Processes in the Organization in order to manage and achieve their IT requirements.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the relationship with some Areas and Processes within the Organization.Coordinate and lead follow‑up meetings with Areas: in order to monitor IT projects and initiatives, as well as to understand and manage any new Area requirement.Identification, data gathering and launch of projects and initiatives related to the Areas and ProcessesIT projects Planning: defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.Resources and Budget Management: ensuring the allocation of project resources and managing project budget.Team Management and Communication: facilitating team coordination and keeping stakeholders informed.Risk and Quality Control: ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and identifying project risks and their correspondent mitigation actions.QualificationsEducation: University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent.Experience: more than 5 years experience in project management, change management, budget management and team management; required experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing and quality management.Knowledge in:IT systems (SAP, Siemens, Microsoft)Project ManagementChange ManagementLean ManagementSupply chain, procurement, manufacturing and/or quality managementLanguages: Spanish and fluent English.Soft Skills:Cross‑functional team managementAbility to work with different stakeholdersCommunicationProblem‑solving and decision‑makingWhy this project is of interest to youYou are a professional with strong leadership and clear communication, organizational skills and adaptability.You have experience and capabilities in IT project management and in achieving goals and coordinating teams effectively.You have experience in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing or quality management.Yoo will join us one more person in the team, with competitive conditions, plus a very attractive compensation package with different social benefits and guaranteed progress aligned with professional growth.In addition, you will have the autonomy to telecommute two days a week and flexible working hours.
