Buscamos un/a Senior Product Manager para una compañía líder en su sector, en proceso de expansión nacional e internacional. La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar la estrategia de producto desde el área de marketing, actuando como nexo entre mercado, producto y equipos técnicos, con el objetivo de maximizar el valor, el posicionamiento y la coherencia del portafolio. El rol tiene un enfoque claramente estratégico y de producto. Estrategia y visión de producto Definir la estrategia de producto y portafolio alineada con los objetivos de la compañía. Analizar tendencias de mercado, necesidades del cliente y evolución competitiva. Definir KPIs de producto (rendimiento, rentabilidad, adopción, ciclo de vida). Liderar la gestión del ciclo de vida del producto: definición, lanzamiento, evolución, madurez y retirada. Coordinar la definición del roadmap de producto con las áreas técnicas y de desarrollo. Supervisar lanzamientos y evoluciones desde una perspectiva de producto (go-to-market estratégico). Monitorizar márgenes, rotación y desempeño por línea de producto; Realizar análisis competitivo, benchmarking y estudios de posicionamiento. Desarrollar el discurso de producto, argumentarios y materiales estratégicos. Actuar como referente interno de producto y mercado. Impulsar una visión de producto basada en datos, usuario y mercado. Promover mejoras en procesos, metodologías y herramientas de gestión de producto. Fomentar la colaboración entre marketing y desarrollo para acelerar la innovación. Experiencia imprescinidible en el sector HVAC i/o fontaneria Formación universitaria en Marketing, ADE, Ingeniería o similar. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Product Marketing / Product Management en entornos B2B. Fuerte experiencia en gestión de portafolio, posicionamiento y ciclo de vida de producto. Experiencia en entornos industriales, técnicos o de producto complejo (valorable). Experiencia en mercados internacionales. Nivel de inglés fluido Conocimientos avanzados en análisis de datos, CRM y herramientas de gestión de producto. Rol estratégico con alto impacto en el portafolio de producto. Proyecto estable dentro de una compañía consolidada y con un proyecto potente de crecimiento. Desarrollo profesional en un entorno técnico y orientado a producto. Colaboración estrecha con equipos de innovación y desarrollo.
