THE ROLEWe are looking for a highly organised, communicative, and proactive PR Specialist to join ALOHAS' PR team and drive brand visibility across key global markets (USA, Europe, or Asia). The ideal candidate is passionate, industry savvy, and has a track record of building brand awareness through the press and celebrity/influencer landscapes specifically in the fashion and lifestyle spaces. They must be creative and versatile, a team player with willingness to learn and very excited to bring new ideas to the table. YOUR CHALLENGE Build and nurture strong relationships with editors, stylists, influencers, and celebrities to maximize PR coverage and grow brand awareness in key regions. Support brand initiatives by developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. Identify and track industry trends, both local and global, to ensure ALOHAS takes part in relevant conversations and opportunities. Seek out and secure new communication opportunities, both in print and digital media. Coordinate and host store visits for press, stylists, and influencers. Manage product samples and gifting, ensuring smooth operations and impactful placements. Plan, produce, and execute in-store events to boost brand presence. Handle press and influencer clippings, track KPIs, and report on results. YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU... Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Barcelona. Are fluent/native in English. Other languages (such as Spanish, German, Dutch, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) are a plus. Have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, or Styling. A fashion-related background is a plus. Bring to 2 years of experience in PR and events, either at an agency or in-house. Have strong knowledge of the fashion landscape in Europe. Familiarity with China, Japan, and Korea is a major advantage. Are proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. Are dynamic, curious, positive, and resilient, with a can-do attitude. Have a genuine interest in fashion, art, and culture.
