Maximize sales opportunities by consistently offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options and additional services to every customer ensuring 100% compliance. Utilize effective sales techniques by building rapport through open-ended questions emphasizing product features and benefits and skillfully overcoming customer objections. Adhere to all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions. Assist customers by identifying any additional services or products that may enhance their rental experience. Provide unmatched service excellence ensuring full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process. Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management. Qualifications Sales Background: Proven sales experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Product Expertise: Skilled in offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades and additional services. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally.
