AI Automation Engineer Guesty is a fast‑growing global startup that helps hospitality businesses around the world automate, optimize, and scale their operations. Our platform integrates with 150+ industry partners—including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, and Google Travel—to empower property managers to deliver top‑tier guest experiences while running more efficient, data‑driven operations. We are looking for a talented and passionate technologist to implement AI‑driven innovation by integrating AI agents and APIs into automation processes and internal tools. As a key member of the team, you will design, build, and deploy solutions that streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, provide insightful data analysis, reduce costs, and help the company scale. Responsibilities Work with the AI Projects Manager to research, design, and develop AI‑powered solutions (e.g., chatbots, machine‑learning models) to automate tasks, unlock scaling opportunities, and generate efficiencies across the company. Build internal tools that automate workflows, improve data accessibility, and facilitate collaboration within the company. Integrate AI and internal tools seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and data flow. Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code or automation processes, adhering to best practices and security standards. Conduct unit tests and implement test‑driven development (TDD) methodologies to ensure code quality and reliability. Monitor and maintain deployed tools, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest advancements in AI, automation tools, AI APIs, and internal tool development best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in process automation with proficiency in a modern automation tool (e.g., n8n, Make). Solid understanding of AI concepts and specifically AI agents. Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for innovation and a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies. Nice to Have Experience with building and deploying AI‑powered solutions. Experience with developing internal tools for process automation. Experience with API integration and data management.
