What we are looking for Specialist in .NET 8 A self-starter who takes initiative and seeks out solutions. Willingness to work closely with team members and stakeholders. Capable of understanding and solving intricate business problems. Maintains a positive mindset, open to feedback and continuous improvement. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication. Willingness to travel to Finland 1-2 times a year. Tackle complex issues independently, ensuring high-quality code delivery. Share ideas and collaborate with team members to understand the complexities. Understand the needs of the stakeholders ensuring successful solutions. Embrace the opportunity to learn and adapt to new challenges within the team and project environment.
