Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist - Lisbon (Danish Speaker)Start Date: 5th January 2026Work Model: HybridOffice Location: Lisbon, Anjos OfficeRole Description: As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, you will implement optimization solutions and strategies for high‑value clients, specializing in social media advertising and Google Ads management. Your role will focus on improving campaign performance and contributing to business results through meaningful data analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement optimization solutions and strategies for high‑value clients.Manage social media advertising across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.Create keyword packages and provide bid and budget recommendations.Build expertise in optimization techniques across Google products (GSN, YouTube, Mobile).Conduct data and trend analysis to generate actionable insights and report on KPIs.RequirementsMinimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising and optimization; experience with Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other online marketing platforms is preferred.Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking.Good understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.Danish language proficiency: minimum B2 level.EU ID or valid work visa.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual Base Salary: €23,000Annual Premium Bonus: €3,240Daily Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working dayAnnual Transportation Bonus: €720Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross salaryHealth & Life Insurance: Family plan including spouse and childrenContract & Relocation SupportContract Type: PermanentRelocation Support:Assistance with NIF and NISS registrationHelp finding accommodationRelocation bonus: €2,000 for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal, €1,000 for candidates relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan areaJob DetailsSeniority Level: AssociateEmployment Type: Full‑timeJob Function: Marketing and SalesApply now and begin your adventure#J-18808-Ljbffr
