Your responsibilities will include:Analyzing electronic hardware requirements for new systems and featuresConducting PCB integrity analysis (signal integrity, stress, manufacturability)Creating high‑quality internal and external documentation for manufacturing, certification, and regulatory complianceResearching and evaluating components aligned with system needsPerforming schematic design and reviewCreating robust PCB layouts aligned with manufacturer capabilitiesSupporting hardware testing activitiesCollaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure full system compliance and integrationWhat We’re Looking ForEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field3–5 years of experience in electronic developmentStrong background in PCB design (5+ years preferred)Technical SkillsElectronic circuit design across power, digital, and analog stagesExperience with high‑density PCB designsCircuit simulation using PSpice, LTSpice, Cadence, or similar toolsPCB design & layout proficiency using Altium Designer or Cadence AllegroSolid understanding of Power Integrity and Signal Integrity principlesExperience preparing technical documentationExperience designing tests for electronicsEnglish level: B2 or higherSoft SkillsStrong teamwork and cross‑functional communicationGood version control practicesAbility to produce clear, structured, and reliable technical documentationOrganized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in problem‑solvingWhat We OfferPermanent full‑time contractDecember 24th and 31st offNew offices opening in January in Valencia CenterPrivate health insuranceFlexible salary programA dynamic environment where engineering excellence and innovation meet real‑world impactWe’re not just building hardware — we’re enabling the next wave of optical networking for AI and high‑performance computing.
